The Muppets aren’t beyond getting themselves into trouble. They break all sorts of rules, from unlicensed pyrotechnics to cannibalism to public nudity. It’s about time someone brought them to justice!
And that person is Derek Helsel, who illustrated a bunch of Muppets having their mugshots taken. It’s a great excuse for Derek to draw a bunch of Muppets without defaulting to the same character poses seen in most other artists’ portfolios. Plus, they’re funny! (Always a good thing.)
