Another World, Another Time. In the Age of Wonder. A thousand years ago, this website was green and good, until the Crystal cracked. And now you can collect all the pieces like Happy Meal toys and let them sit on your toy shelf until they collect so much dust, you can’t even remember what they were.
Way back in April, we revealed that the good folks at Funko would be releasing a series of Dark Crystal toys in their ReAction line, which simulates the cheapo plastic action figures of our youth. We didn’t have great quality pictures back then, but we’ve got much better-looking ones today! And as you can see, these babies have way more detail than the sort available back in the ’80s. They even come with shards of the titular Dark Crystal that you can collect and put together, just in case you have a debate that must be settled by the Trial by Stone.
The set will be available to buy later this year, and there’s a bonus Landstrider toy exclusive to Toys R Us. And don’t forget, if you’re going to New York Comic Con, there’s an exclusive set with Kira, Fizzgig, and a Garthim that you will hopefully be lucky enough to pick up.
