Ah, The Dark Crystal. It’s a lovely little story about genocide, murder, race relations, and extinction. You know, for kids!
The Nerdist revealed today that Archaia will be publishing a new children’s book inspired by the classic Jim Henson film titled “Jim Henson’s Dark Crystal Tales”. It seems that the book will contain several short stories that continue the Dark Crystal epic. You can see the cover above and some sample art below, both courtesy of artist Cory Godbey.
The book will be available on July 26th in comic shops, and then elsewhere on August 1st.
