The upcoming Muppet Babies reboot is trucking along, and we’ve got our next piece of important information. And it has to do with that iconic theme song.
Renée Elise Goldsberry, best known for her work on a little musical called Hamilton, will be performing the theme song.
We haven’t heard the whole thing yet, but from what you’ll hear in the video below, it’s definitely an updated version of the one we all remember. It’s not exactly the same, and there are some new lyrics, but with a certain sense of familiarity. Give it a listen, you’ll see what I mean.
