The ratings are in, and it looks like The Muppets did exceptionally well for their premiere episode!
Last night’s episode was seen by about 8.9 million viewers and a 2.8 rating among adults 18-49 (whatever that means). And that doesn’t even count all the DVRs and streaming viewers!
If the show can retain most of those viewers, I think we’ll be hearing about a full series order pretty soon! And then a second season! And a third! And then seasons 4 and 5 of The Muppet Show on DVD! Hey, a guy can dream, right??
