Are they half-pajama, half-animal hybrids? Whatever they are, they’re the stars of the Jim Henson Company’s new preschool series on the Sprout network, which debuted on Sunday, November 2nd. The characters look like stuffed animals, which is appropriate, as the show is designed to convince kids that going to bed is fun.

Here’s a story that took the news blog world by storm this week. A clever British driver has been tearing around Germany, foiling attempts to catch him by sticking an Animal doll in the passenger seat, so only the Muppet shows up in the surveillance photos.
