Those are the credits for the voices; a couple of the characters were dubbed over other puppeteers' performances. Brian Henson wasn't on the set much, and Kevin Clash wasn't there at all, so Drew Massey performed Sal and Clifford, and they dubbed the voices later.

Here's some trivia facts about the cast list:

-- Jerry Nelson has essentially retired from Muppet performing. He's still working on Sesame Street, but not the Muppet Show characters. Steve Whitmire is now the performer for Statler, and John Kennedy performed Floyd.

-- The Electric Mayhem characters have switched hands again. (But you wouldn't really notice much in the Oz movie, since only Dr Teeth and Animal had speaking lines, and not very many.) Bill Barretta played Dr Teeth, Eric Jacobson was Animal, John Kennedy was Floyd, Tyler Bunch performed Janice, and Dave Goelz (the only original performer in the group) is still blowing sax as Zoot.

-- Oddly, considering how little he's been used in the past 15 years, this film actually marks the fifth performer to voice Scooter. The character was created by Richard Hunt, and then his brother Adam Hunt performed Scooter's voice in Muppets From Space. Matt Vogel recorded a couple of Scooter lines for the Muppet Racemania Playstation game, and Brian Henson performed Scooter in Very Merry Christmas. In this film, Rickey Boyd takes over as Scooter's new performer, and he's really very good at it. Maybe Scooter's found a new voice at last...
