The Dark Crystal sequel is finally seeing the light of day! Just on a slightly smaller scale than expected.
The first issue (of twelve) of “The Power of the Dark Crystal” comic book hits stores next Wednesday, February 22nd. The story, written by Simon Spurrier with art by Kelly and Nichole Matthews, brings us back to the world of Thra years after the events of the movie. We’re introduced to a new race called the Firelings, Jen and Kira are King and Queen, and the Crystal is broken once again.
