As if Las Vegas wasn’t sinful enough. Now they’re going to have a filthy-mouthed puppet improv show. Great!
The Jim Henson Company just announced that Puppet Up will be setting up shop at The Venetian Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas! Starting this spring, they’ll be doing 6 shows a week, with rotating cast members, and an open-ended run. That means that the show will keep on going until people start getting tired of puppets. So: Forever.
Previously, Puppet Up did its fair share of touring, made an attempt at a TV series, and was featured in an episode of Celebrity Apprentice. So having a residency is the next logical step for puppeteers with dirty minds.
If you’re visiting Las Vegas this spring or later in the year, be sure and take in the only show with talking hot dogs!
