Rita Moreno has had a long and varied career, and let’s never forget that she earned her first Emmy Award (helping her become an EGOT) for her appearance on The Muppet Show. Her episode is still one of my all-time favorite half hours of television ever.
Last night, Rita Moreno received the Kennedy Center Honor, and apparently someone on the planning committee felt the same was as me. Animal and Rosie Perez joined forces to recreate the classic “Fever” number from Rita’s Muppet Show episode!
