I love Academy Awards season. Despite the bizarre tradition of arbitrary rankings of artistic representation, it’s a great opportunity to see what films have been making a splash over the past year. And if you’re like me and you try and see as many of them as possible, it’s also fun to get out of your comfort zone and see a bunch of movies you wouldn’t have tried otherwise.
But really, if you’re like me, you’re also thinking about how the Muppets might fit into each of those movies.
That’s why I started this weird tradition of creating spoofs of the movie posters for all ten of the year’s Best Picture nominees, with the added bonus of Muppets! See, that’s how you make movies better.
