We already knew it. Your friends and family knew it. Even that weird guy in the apartment upstairs knew it. And now Disney is finally getting around to realizing that Jim Henson is a legend.
At the 2011 D23 Expo, Jim will be honored as a “Disney Legend”, along with folks like Regis Philbin, the Disney Princesses (Jodi Benson, Paige O‚ÄôHara, Lea Salonga, and others), and Zorro himself, Guy Williams. Obviously, Jim is the showstopper.
The Disney Legends will be honored during the D23 Expo on August 19 in Anaheim, California.
