If you picked up the hardcover collection of the Fraggle Rock comic book, you may have noticed an odd little surprise in the back: a tease for The Jim Henson Company’s “Skrumps” comic book, which was nonsensical and bizarre, but quite possibly mind-blowing. It’s a little bit Gumby, with a dash of Dr. Seuss, and a handful of “What the eff???”
Muppet fans were split on what to think about The Skrumps, but pretty soon you’ll get to make that judgment call for yourself. The Skrumps one-shot comic book will be in stores in March from Archaia Studios, and Comic Book Resources has some sample pages for you to gawk at.
