1984’s Follow That Bird. 1999’s Elmo in Grouchland. 2026’s Project Hail Mary. All films that star Big Bird (if you don’t count Project Hail Mary). And now there may be another one beaming straight in to your living room (or bathroom, even!)

It appears that it will be an entirely new script, which is a shame, because I wanted to hear Telly sing ‘Look Who’s Inside Again’ from Bo Burnham’s Inside.
