Weedley-deedely-woh-woh-woohhhhh! Yeah! That’s the sound rock music makes! Why am I so jazzed about rock and roll?? Because Disney has just dropped some new information about the impending Muppet takeover of the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster in Walt Disney World!
First off, they released this slammin’ new poster!
Second, as you’ll see on said poster, Zoot will be in it! Wait, no, we knew that. Ah, there it is! The poster reveals the coaster is officially opening in Summer 2026. Now, if my Farmer’s Almanac is to believed, summer will begin June 21 and end on September 22, so the coaster could open at any point between those two days. Start placing your bets now! My money’s on July 32nd!
But wait, there’s more! Disney also made it official that Scooter will be appearing in the attraction as an audio-animatronic figure for the very first time, and they’ve hinted he won’t be the only one. Ooh, intrigue! Some had speculated that Scooter would be a robit based on the concept art, but now it’s officially on the record. Ha! Record! Get it?! Like, the the thing what plays music! Man, I’m so funny. I should be a writer for Evening Shade.
