The Muppets have performed practically every style of music, from showtunes to pop, from country to jazz. But it’s rare to see them rap. And it’s even more rare to see them in a rap battle.
That’s all about to change, as the Muppets are set to appear on the upcoming season of Drop the Mic on TNT. The show pits two celebrities (or groups of celebs) against each other, as they insult each other in rhyme.

As you can see, it seems that Miss Piggy and Beaker will be up against Kermit and Pepe. I expect several well-placed karate chops after this.
The Muppets’ episode will air on January 30th at 10pm on TNT!
