We are sad to report that actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner passed away today at the age of 54. A majority of folks probably remember him best as playing Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show.
He and his television siblings were interviewed and photographed for a 1986 issue of Muppet Magazine, where he is pictured pulling a sweet basketball dunk on Gonzo.
On Sesame Street, they appeared in scenes with Telly Monster and Forgetful Jones, which you can see below. He later appeared solo in 1990, where he directed a short film about the street. Truth mirrored life later on when in 1995, he actually got to direct some episodes of the show.
